Good value for money for a short stopover

WE BOTH ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST AND THE DINING ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF HELPFUL WE WOULD USE THE GUEST HOUSE AGAIN AS ITS CLOSE TO THE CENTURION MALL FOR SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS WE DID GET A LITTLE LOST PERHAPS THE GUEST HOUSE COULD PROVIDE DIRECTIONS FROM THE FREEWAY

FOR WHAT WE PAID IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY AND IT WAS ONLY AN OVERNIGHT STAY TO BREAK OUR LONG JOURNEY

Good value for money for a short stopover

The breakfast was good, the room was a little small but as we were only staying for 2 nights on the way to our destination and one night on the way home, it was not a problem. Quite hard to find, as we didn't know the area, but very close to restaurants and a huge shopping centre

Peaceful corner after a long flight

From arrival the staff were very helpful and nice until we left. The room is perfect, spacious and has all the little things you would need ,ie. kettle, microwave, etc. The pool and kids play area is well located: (we asked the staff to clean the trampoline for the kids & he did it with all his heart) The breakfast was perfect, the chef/cook good all our eggs order correct & they were cooked to perfection. We stayed at Lavender room ( highly recommend).

Just a constructive criticism: Please make sure under the bed it's cleaned also: travelling with kids they throw things all over so we had to move the bed to get a toy & it was not looking great (probably hasn't been cleaned for weeks) and one ceiling light is out!!!. Otherwise had a wonderful stay!!

We stayed there because we wanted to be in that area. We were very happy with everything.

Really, I don't think there is anything to say negative. They have a long list of what is expected, and I think this helps all guests, to know the expectations of all the guests staying there. We would definately stay here again.

Everything was too perfect. Location convenience and safe, Rooms clean and comfy and breakfast was a 100%. So much order too. almost forgot the games and pool area
