The guesthouse is in a secured area, and all my safety expectations/requirements were met. The owner is professional, friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is immaculate and exceed all expectations : stylishly decorated, perfectly clean, beautiful kitchenette and serene view. Everything was explained when the booking was confirmed (e.g. regarding services, meals, procedures etc). Will highly recommend and definitely book again!

Augustine carried our luggage. He was super friendly and explained everything. Two bunches of fresh flowers in our unit! Safe parking. Loved the stay. Will gp there again.

Matty was an exceptional host. She was friendly, prompt with responses via booking.com messaging, and extremely efficient. 40 on Aspen is a hidden GEM. The decor, comfort, gardens and service was OUTSTANDING. I strongly recommend. Thanks a mil Matty
