The staff were friendly and accommodating, although there were some issues with housekeeping. Overall, guests had a wonderful stay and would return to the hotel in the future.

Perfect hotel

This property was amazing! It was so clean and exactly what I needed. The 24 hour front desk was very helpful and the room was perfect. It was clean and the additional amenities were a great touch to make the stay even better.

A great weekend city break

Good central location in walking distance to many of the city sights, train station metro etc. Lots or restaurants nearby. Good breakfast (at extra cost). Very relaxed atmosphere; nice staff and good value.

I was on the top floor and the shower water pressure was a bit variable. Better coffee at breakfast please.

Funky, well-priced Copenhagen gem

Well-priced funky hotel in a great location with decent sized rooms and a fantastic breakfast. And the staff are fantastic, really going out of their way to move my room when a radiator wasn't working (it was cold in Copenhagen).
