Overall it was a fun time. Not sure if we would do it again.

The water park was perfect for the little ones. They had a great time and was safe to be on their own in the kiddie area.

The water park area was not heated well enough. The children were freezing which really played a roll on their mood towards the end. The lights were flickering all afternoon as well in the water park area.

Family fun trip limited by short-staffing.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Limited interaction with hotel staff due to short-staffing. Routine closure of areas of waterpark due to short-staffing. Closing areas caused crowding and less enjoyment of waterpark.

Staff was incredibly rude. The owner cared more about covering her butt on how great her business was then admitting that there was a problem we had a lot of issues and no one really cared to help us. We had problems with checking in. We had problems with our rooms when you go into the pool areas, it smells like chlorine so bad it doesnt even sound safe to be in there. I would never stay there again last time.

This was my fourth stay here and I will not be returning.

The hotel rooms were clean and they did well to keep the three rooms together.

The hotel was extremely short staffed. I had to wait in line for an hour to get my room keys. The water park attraction were constantly being shut down and at one point the only thing open was the lazy river. The water park staff and management were extremely rude and aggressive and at one point had my nephew in tears. They are also doing construction to the hotel and found a handful of screws in the parking lot as well. The changing rooms and bathrooms need major maintenance as well, stalls didnt lock or latch and was extremely dirty and unkept.

Slides were only open partly could only use when they could use the 1lifeguard they had using the understaff card would like half the money back seeing I could only use half the amenities save your money
