This Candlewood Suites in New Braunfels offers rooms with sufficient amenities for an extended stay, including a full-size refrigerator. The setup is suitable for work, although the Wi-Fi and cell se (Read More)rvice in some rooms were lacking. Housekeeping was only provided once a week during a two-week stay. The hotel has a nice gym and guest laundry facilities. Overall, it is a good option for a budget-friendly extended stay.

Exceptional

They were very welcoming for our fur family member.

When we arrived all parked was marked off for painting and then they took it all down quickly after a few customers asked about parking. However, they did offer us the parking on the hotel next door so we were not far.

Top floor room

No ice machine, no pool, offered smoking rooms on website -no smoking rooms in hotel. Refrigerator in room with ice maker that didn't work. Very hard to access hotel from highway. Dishwasher in room leaked.

It was okay for a quick overnight stay but wont go again.

The room size

The person checking us in didnt engage us in any conversation, there was large amounts of dust in almost every corner and our room wasnt completely clean. This place needs a redo.

It was an okay stay!

Breakfast not provided. The bed was comfortable and clean

The shower head was old and not very effective. No breakfast. Noise from upstairs room. It needs to be remodeled!

There was no breakfast, not even ice machines available. Bathroom sink was dirty with stains. A/C didnt work very well and it was at the lowest temperature of 60. Very poor experience for the cost. Would never return or recommend.
