Clean and fun hotel with nice breakfast. Great location.

Perfect location, wonderful breakfast and nice clean rooms and bathroom. The ambience of the hotel was really cool starting at breakfast, right through to the evening in the lobby. Nice meals also served through the day in the lobby. Overall a nice hotel and highly recommended for the price range.

No real concerns. Perhaps the rooms were a little small but this is a common issue throughout Europe.

Very nice hotel

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms (Nespresso, slippers, steam iron..) Very good location in the center of the city. Staff members were nice.

Bad view from the room. I believe other rooms overlooking the main streets have better views.

Beautiful hotel honestly one of the best I have stayed in, the lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are massive and beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly and location is perfect right at the heart of Lisbon. 10/10!

1. Lack of basic amenities such of toothbrush/toothpaste , facial tissues , disposable shaver 2. No instructions on the use of its shower 3. We arrived early but check-in time was at a later time . We placed 7 of our luggages in the hotel for safe-keeping. Our luggages were placed among many other tourists luggages, beside the main door of the hotel. There was only 1 number tag given for our 7 luggages, and our 7 luggages were not tied together . So, anyone could have taken our luggages by mistake.
