The breakfast is excellent and the st (Read More)aff are attentive. The hotel provides excellent service and a welcoming environment. The food and drinks are delicious. The hotel staff, including the waiters and conference room support, are excellent representatives of the hotel. The Saudi staff at Barira is also highly praised.

Disappointing

Good design, furniture staff

Bed comforters, pillows and sheets were not washed and replaced after the last guest before me. Also, the bed mattress was noisy.

they gave me a room that was facing the road, and it had noise at night. I requested a change, but it was the only available room at the hotel. Because i stay at this hotel all the time, i accepted their excuse.

A bit pricy but we have enjoyed our stay.

The whole property smelled amazing like a spa. I really loved the cleanliness and the luxurious interiors. The staff was useful and professional.

I wish the price included breakfast as we have paid almost 700 riyal for one night of stay.

Braira Hotel is pioneer in the hospitality and comfort and I see bright future for them

Cleanliness Parking at basement and it was clean Hospitality of front desk ladies

1- Noise from outside ( the windows are not double glass) and this can be managed. 2- No gym except swimming pool (this can be added) 3- Staff in the restaurant, they need a courses about how to communicate and deal with costumers
