Very poor

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

NOTHING IS GOOD.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE NEVER RATED A HOTEL SO LOW IN MY WHOLE LIFE. The breakfast was really awful and dissapointing. But not only the breakfast. Everything that we tried to eat at this hotel was so bad that we will never forget it. The staff was so rude and always with a fake smile. The room was not worth the price. Our fan at the bathroom did not work correctly and when we called the reception's officer to call someone and fix it, he said ok. THE FAN IN THE BATHROOM NEVER GOT FIXED. Because of this fan, we couldn't even sleep at night. The cleanliness of the room was just ok. The bed was big and quite comfortable. The location of this hotel is not good at all, far from the city centre and there is a CASINO nearby, with call girls crossing the street at night. I think that Dubrovnik is really overpriced and overcrowded without a single reason and we will never visit it again. Just a tourist trap, make yourself a favor and change not only hotel, but destination too. Save some of your hard-earned coin.

Very good

I traveled solo and had an amazing experience. The hotel was nice, the room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good with different options. It's about a 25 minute walk to old town, which I didn't mind at all. There's also a bus line basically right in front of the hotel that will take you to old Towne for 2. I arrived early and they allowed me to store my bags until I was able to check in.

Modern and Convenient Luxy Hotel in Dubrovnik

Great location with a bus to the old town less than a minute away (Euro 2 till 5pm, then free). Buses every 10 mins or so. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. Parking on site if you have a car was a bonus (parking in DBV is tricky). Very comfortable room with everything you need.

The suite bedroom was a little small - so it was tight getting from the window side to the door.

Disappointing

The bed is seemingly very comfortable. Location is good, and good underground parking

They will sell you a room for 2 people, which has 2 beds (double and sofa bed). But ask for bedding for the sofa bed (basically making it a twin) and they refuse unless you pay them extra. They will claim the sofa bed is for a 3rd person, and the double is for the 2 people. Try and tell them that in this case the sofa bed is for the 2nd person, and they don't want to know. Money or nothing. Saying that, I suggest not utilising the sofa bed. It is very uncomfortable. Breakfast at hotel is only passable. The bar/ restaurant has only a passable menu. Eat elsewhere.

It little bit silly that u pay extra for parking and that they charge the tax after the stay so the price is not what booking says so it is about 13Euros more than the price on the booking..

Great location

Great room and very close to the bus station which was convenient for getting around. Vanessa was really friendly and helpful in providing important information about bus schedules and getting around to Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay again.
