Good Hotel to stay close to bolognia

The hotel is perfect to travel by car, 15 drive to Bologna centre. Room small but clean, good restaurant, good breakfast, good place to stay, the best was the service !

The toilet was moving, it wasn't fixed, the room is quite small for the price

Work time

Hotel very nice, comfortable and elegant. The room was very nice in the details and forniture.

Breakfast is poor for a 4 stars hotel but still you can find something. It supposed to have more variety of food and not just croissants or eggs.

BAD !

We stayed at room # 409 at the 5th floor , the room had loud noises of water through the pipes all night long WE COULD NOT SLEEP! we complained very early AM on the 25th Asked to change room Its imposable to sleep ! like that The duty manager and staff convinced us the technical team will fix it! However one lady at the front desk told us ""THE PROBLEM REPEITS ITSELF in the last month other people did complain!!!"" Night came and THE PROBLEM REPEITED! i made 5 RECORDINGS of it and its Solid UN BEARABLE situation!!! Morning at the Front desk they told us we can not refund you because you made reservation with Booking .com If you reserved directly we could refund you, HERE IT IS BOOKING.COM please help us here , I will submit a copy to my canceled Visa card! charge of this form and the recordings as well today.

Exceptiional stay! Great restaurant.

Everything. A nice stop. Specially the food -- must try the panacotta al basilico e pomodori. I will.come back for this. The hotel is really well-maintained, clean and service is exceptional. Bed is comfy, location is quiet and calm. Wish we could stay 2 nights.

Maybe they could serve better coffee for breakfast. Everything is great, food is delicious and many choices.except the coffee from the DIY coffee machine

superb staff and hotel - perfect for access to airport, beautiful city

Responded to all my questions fully prior to arrival. Welcomed by Donato at Reception and made to feel at home and relaxed by all the staff. Perfect location for work, excellent free wifi connection, absolutely charming property which was absolutely immaculate. Gardens very pretty and chairs and tables available to sit outside and next to the fountain where the staff were pleased to deliver aperitivi! Bedroom was with balcony and although small was absolutely perfect for a single traveller - bathroom was small but perfect and the towels were soft, clean and white! Restaurant food was superb and the white parfait is literally to die for ... I could have eaten those until breakfast! Overall excellent.

My only wish is for a tiny swimming pool - that would have made this hotel the most perfect! Although pool facilities were offered at another hotel some 14 kms away
