Highly recommend for a stay in Bologna

Comfortable and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, clean, next to a bus stop which takes you directly to central Bologna. Restaurant open in the evening. Friendly staff.

Comfy bed, good breakfast options, amazing friendly staff who helped us out with many things (bike hire, pizza ordering, general usefulness)

Exceptional

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also spoke English, which was very helpful as we were not fluent in Italian. There was a great selection for breakfast, and the restaurant was great. The location was good, only a few hours from Pisa, Venice, and Florence. Definitely recommend it to any tourist!!

Convenient stay

The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We stayed for one night as we were passing through on our way to Florence. The hotel's location was ideal for our travels.

Rude staff

24 hour desk as we didnt arrive due to the storm until 1.30am

Staff on both check in and check out were rude. On check in it was like we were putting him out by being there. On check out, the man service asked us to pay city taxes of 95 I asked him 3 times are you sure this is the city tax as we provided payment details on booking and on arrival he laughed and said yes. Not sure what I have paid for

Affordable, clean stay

Breakfast is amazing! Nice comfortable rooms and bed, quiet.

Bit far away, electricity went out multiple times in our one night stay, one time didn't turn back on for a while and wifi drops out often.

Location is a bit out of town but ok we knew that before hand. Only spa access advertised was 2 person treatment. No indication that I could pay for just a couple of hours relaxing in the spa
