Horrible Stay as last year

The only thing that we liked about the property is the staff of the hotel. The kids play area is a big hit with almost all kids. Rest everything is extremely mediocre.

The rooms were stinking very badly and inspite of the staff putting the odonil sachet in the room and bathroom, it still kept stinking. There is some serious problem with the way bathtub is designed. The water from the shower keeps on overflowing through the bathtub, making the entire bathroom filled with water. No soap was given for the use in the wash basin. The remotes for the AC dont work at first and then were replaced after repeated reminders. Tea - Worst Tea ever had in our entire life so far. Guys, please learn how to make one of the most basic thing a hotel is expected. This place is just a mediocre low budget hotel for families in the low and lower middle income group with absolute no manners and etiquette. A shameful thing happened during our stay - An unattended ladies undergarment was lying just near the pool and it was there for good long 1.5 hours. Imagine the class and type of people who do such shameful act. This property is just a shady low budgeted hotel and NOT A RESORT from any angle. A resort in reality looks like MADHUBHAN RESORT in ANAND. Better shut down your hotel or buck up on a lot of things. You will need almost a decade to improve on. NEVER COMING BACK HERE & NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Rooms - The rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant Food - The food was good, slow service though Staff - The people were helpful and courteous in general Swimming pool - small but manageable

Swimming Pool - There has to be a separate way from the swimming pool to the Hotel Rooms. People dripping in water passing through the main Foyer and Reception area was not a great sight. Amenities - The Gym was inaccessible all the time and the Gaming area was a mess with all the litter - the bins were over flowing and the tables were dirty! Whatever few games that were there were not in good condition as well. Restaurant - The staff needs to learn how to cater to the crowds. They were unable to manage weekend morning rush during the breakfast time. Some of the live counters were unattended and the ones that were staffed were not prompt enough to serve to the huge crowd.

only the Room Service Staff

Customer Service Attitude of Front Desk along with Manager is very disgusting. denied to gove early check in and when i reached after 2 Hrs of Regular Check in time room was not ready. Manager was concerned more about his lunch rather than Customer Service. parking is out side the Resort Premises. No.of trees maintained by NGO. Due to Rain one tree fell on my car Breaking total back side of the car including glass & Roof with Dickey. Front Side mirror was also broken. Car was not in a Condition to move due to Trunk. General Manager Mr. Singh came after 3 Hours & rudely said we can not do anything without any concern regarding my loss. Such a poor Attitude without Empathy. Worst i have ever seen in my Life.
