The staff was accommodating and the location across from old town was perfect. The rooms were comfortable with all amenities and plenty of space. The indoor salt water pool was enjoyable. The hotel w (Read More)as close to Colonial Williamsburg and shops. Some were disappointed with their room allocation and lack of breakfast or vending machines. However, the rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything needed. The spaciousness of the accommodations was praised, along with the relaxing pool. Some staff were pushy about a timeshare presentation, but overall, the stay was fantastic.

Very good

Noisy people above us. Fire alarm made for a wake up the kids and go outside.

Need to have some drink and snack machines on the property.

Run away from this reservation

Dirty, smelly place. On Pillows and blankets spot, mold and sweat smell room. Disgusting!!

Very good

Great location and the room was spacious.

Room cleanliness was acceptable but was starting to look worn out with stains on the carpet and the kitchen cabinets/appliances should have been wiped down better. There was also a bad smell in the pool area.

OK for a short 3 day stay. Would not want to stay there any longer.

The rooms did not meet the standard that we have seen in other Bluegreen Resorts. Very outdated, Not enough furniture in the living room for 4 adults.

This resort is more like a hotel than a resort.

The location to Busch Gardens was great!

The elevators werent working during our stay so lugging luggage up 4 flights of stairs wasnt great.

Great place to stay for a family! Perfect location.

The location of this property is perfect for Williamsburg with close proximity to everything. The room was nice, perfect for a family who doesnt want to be cramped in a small hotel room.

Some deep cleaning needs to be done occasionally. There were spider webs on the light fixtures, built up dust on cabinets and top of fridge.
