Comfortable and good value for money.

Very welcoming; homely feel to the guest house. Although room small, ideal for lone traveller or couple. Everything you might need stored neatly into every space in the room. Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast served in room. Would certainly book again.

En suite rather small but adequate.

Convent location for sea front Quiet Good breakfast

Very small room. I knew when I booked it would be small but not so small that I had to edge round the bed. No room for bedside tables and folding chairs for breakfast hanging on the wall.

Great location and included breakfast in the price, staff very friendly and approachable

The toilet was not very accessible in the room we stayed in, due to it being at an angle was hard to use and have any privacy from roommate.

Great stay.

Location is about 10/15 min walk to the town, depends how quick you walk. Breakfast is brought to your room, which was lovely. Great breakfast options. Breakfast is included in the price which was a nice surprise the food was lovely. Staff friendly & very helpful. Facilities in room was perfect.
