The hotel and its facilities are beautiful. Full access to resort next to it was a great plus, as it offered access to beach but it was a bit of a walk.

We had to ask for change of room. First room was full of ants and there was no warm water. Second room was OK. The resort was half empty, which gave a strange impression. Bathroom was a bit dirty.

A bit expensive , but worth it

very quiet and very neat . Connected by a floating bridge to the sister property which has a beautiful seaside restaurant .very good wifi speed . huge spacious bathroom and a very beautiful sit out with beds with a nice view of the small lagoon . fantastic breakfast .

people do not pick up the phone . secondly the front office closes at 9:00 PM. if you need help after 9 it is is difficult . theres there is the practice of taking 1000 Bhat as a refundable security deposit

I liked everything here, it was nice to spend time here with family.

I booked 3 rooms and the ac in the 2 of them were noisy. One of the room the key card was not working so had to use a key to enter the room.

Nice option for Koh Chang

the swimming pool in front of the room the quiet location in spite of being on the road side the helpful staff the access to the Klong Phrao Resort and its facilities (beach, gym, swimming pool, beach front restaurant) the good breakfast (vast choice of dishes)

the rooms are not so fresh the shower temperature could not be adjusted (always boiling hot), the kids had to shower outside

excellent for the money paid.

this was a great place to stay. the pool was amazing and quiet. you can also use the other pool at the sister facility as well which I didnt think was as nice but right on the beach. the room was huge (we booked the bigger ones) and super cold and really clean. the bathroom by far the best Ive had since arriving. house keeping every day and water in rooms. location was on the quieter part of the beach so not much at front but I did have a great massage right opposite and also the small kitchen food shack is great at great prices too. I wanted to book again for later in the stay but songkran meant it was fully booked. you get robes, slippers and all the info you need. really recommend. beach was also good and a short walk along is koh Chang seafood which do great food and great cocktails at great prices!

only thing Id say was the buffet breakfast had a lot of choice but I wasnt keen on it. I dont like buffet so could be that and also the music playing made me feel like I was waiting for a funeral each morning think its meant to be relaxing! honestly though thats the only thing other than that it was great.

Excellent location, breakfast and accomodation with some small exceptions

Slight road noise. Family rooms are in need of renovation (others already updated). Hope they will sort it out soon, as well as the walking bridge which is starting to fall apart )))
