Wonderful place, staff very welcoming

The place is spectacular and the rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is nice and has lots of sun loungers. Staff were great and very helpful.

Sometimes we felt like a nuisance as the staff stop what theyre doing when you pass so they can bow and greet you, was lovely but it got a bit much by day 3.

Very good

Fantastic breakfast, even gluten-free bread available upon request. The staff is exceptional, extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Great method to communicate with the front desk by whatsapp.

AC was not strong enough to keep the set temperature in the room, there is no actual sand available to enjoy at the beachfront because the water line there is very high. The big problem is that the property is not sustainable enough. Many things could have been improved - e.g. reusable water bottles instead of plastic bottles, drinking water dispensers, encouraging guests to reuse beach towels etc. I also found it quite difficult to find vegan options in the restaurants.

Wonderful paradise

Absolutely stunning interiors and surroundings. Staff was more than perfect. They were all polite and nice all the time. We will never forget their smiles! Room was spacious and very cosy.

Breakfast options could be improved. Even though it was changing every day, it was still quite boring.

Fantastic.

Breakfast was amazing!!! The choice was fantastic and i was able to find a lot of options for my dietary requirements. I let the staff know of my food allergy on the first day and was greeted with certain items each day in addition to the food available for everyone. Thank you.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and certainly found it.

The hotel was beautiful and in a stunning location. All staff were extremely welcoming, the rooms were amazing and food excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I could not find fault with this hotel. I've seen negative reviews about location and the hotel is certainly off the beaten track so worth considering when choosing whether to book, but once you are there you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful!

The breakfast was great. It had a wide selection of options like continental breakfast foods, fresh fruit, Asian options and sweet desserts. The breakfast area has a breathtaking view of the river and mountains. The room was very nice! The water in the pool in the pool suite is quite cold, but refreshing if you have spent time sunbathing. The beach is very nice, especially for viewing the sunset. Beyond that, the staff are wonderful. Especially Yuya, Mo, Ujan, and Touch. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! You made our stay very special . We can't wait to come back!

The back door of our pool suite did not lock easily. It required a lot of force to lock it. There were some power outages that caused the WiFi to drop a lot. It was worse when the weather was stormy. The food at the hotel restaurant is expensive compared to nearby restaurants.
