Guests had an enjoyable experience at the Best Western West Greenwich Inn. They found the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good with (Read More) a nice selection of food. The indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the hotel felt safe and quiet. Some guests mentioned that the hotel was clean but dated, and there were minor issues with the heating units and refrigerators. Overall, guests had a positive experience and would stay again.

We will definitely stay here again when we come back in town
It was very cozy. Clean and inviting. The staff was available and kind. The location was perfect as we were visiting our son and didnt want to stay too far from his home. Very convenient location.
