The Best Western Plus St. Christopher Hotel in New Orleans is highly praised for its excellent location and walkability. The rooms are newly refurbished and clean, with great views and amenities. The (Read More) staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The only downsides mentioned are the additional charges for parking and the gym not being on-site. However, overall, guests highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Disappointing

The bathroom faucet was leaking and there was a noise coming from the walls , plumbing/water gushing sort off that wasn't looked at during our stay.

The room clearly needed repairs in terms of a leaking faucet and plumbing issues.

The location was perfect!

I specifically booked the room because it came with a whirlpool tub. The jets didn't work at all though. The room didn't have a window which was an interesting situation but wasn't as weird as I thought it'd be. The breakfast was lackluster at best. Whether that was the standard or happenstance because of a large group, I can't say. But Ruby Slipper Cafe is immediately next door and they rock an awesome menu!

The location is very cool. The staff was helpful and friendly.

My room did not have a window - that was surprising and disappointing. Maybe I missed that during booking but that should be stated explicitly somewhere. What I really didn't like is the fact that for breakfast there was only plastic cutlery, plates, and cups/mugs. First, it feels very cheap, and second, more importantly, it is very unfriendly toward the environment. Best Western could do a better job in going green and reducing the carbon footprint.

Passable

The location was very central and overall safe! The wifi worked well.

The people in the reception were very unfriendly and the breakfast horrible. The room/corridors were very cold and the room's heating system worked poorly and was very loud. The cleaning of the hotel and room could have been improved. My room was facing a wall.
