Great time with family

The breakfast was great.

There was a fire alarm. We were not given any direction. We went outside. After the fire trucks left, we went back in. An employee was sitting at the desk. We asked if we could go back to our rooms. She said sure. Communication would have been nice. The toilet in one room wouldn't stop running. The outlet in another room was exposed on one side.

Our stay was typical for the value, but the fire alarms were concerning.

We thought the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was a good location for our weekend.

Something happened with our key cards that we couldn't get back in our room the next day when we had paid for a 2 day stay - both of the keys were deactivated and had to be reactivated. The first night, there was a problem with the pool that set the fire alarms off for a good portion of the evening - we thought there was a fire and were prepared to evacuate - until another resident told us that the pool was too steamy and causing it - they said it happens all the time - the hotel staff did not come to us to tell us this at our check-in or during the event. I found this troublesome.

Very poor

The microwave ,refrigerator and the bed. The house keeping staff was very exceptional as in friendly and very polite,. The location was convenient to a lot off shopping and dining areas. The breakfast they provided was pretty good. Swimming pool area even tho very outdated was decent.

The unexpected 150 deposit that was not mentioned during booking even tho I emailed them, it wasn't even listed on their website and it even stated no hidden fees.I booked online and it was a nonrefundable. Even tho they dropped it to 50, the clerk seemed upset about that and she even explained that if I was to stay again and did not have the deposit she would refuse my booking, she even just threw my room key on the counter , didn't even tell me what room I was staying in The shower had no water pressure and it was spraying from the thread , the toilet seat was lose and the toilet handle was broken , even toilet wasn't secured well to floor. I felt like I had to protect myself so they wouldn't come up with bougus claims to not give my deposit back. In all my years of staying in a hotel I had to video the room upon getting in and video room when I checked out.

This was the perfect stay for our needs. The pool, which is geared towards small children, was a huge hit with our 5 year old. The breakfast in the morning was as very delicious with a nice variety.

Great breakfast

Wonderful breakfast with several choices

Looked like the elevator and 3rd floor looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in some time. When I got to my room, the remote didn't work, the toilet seat was up and one of the toilet paper rolls was almost gone. The water handle was extremely difficult to use with my arthritis I was charged $30 for a 9 lb pup and on the information sheet in the room said $20 and $30 for two. With such small, non-shedding, potty trained pup, I rarely get charged much less over the specified amount. I also checked in after midnight and was gone by 10.
