Very good

Enjoying celebrations with family in Folkestone, so was the perfect place to stay overnight.

Considering the hotel was very busy with Christmas celebrations, we were able to check in earlier than expected which suited our plans enormously. A small, but extremely professional and happy staff looked after our needs and made our short stay seamless and enjoyable. Thank you.

I struggle to sleep and particularly when the pillows are quite high and hard - would be nice to have a choice as I found myself sleeping on the sofa cushion, which wasnt ideal!

Exceptional

What a grand handsome hotel...spotlessly clean, room was huge, bath was great.

I'd love to return and see more of Folkestone...but it was storming and we had to leave very early to catch the Euro Tunnel. Drive to Chunnel was very well marked and only c. 15min.

Parking was difficult sadly...but we found a place nearby. We did have to leave the windows wide open because the room was a bit over heated (winter)

Great stay, very comfortable Hotel with welcoming staff

Lovely building with lots of character, staircase and stained glass window was stunning. Good location and easy to find, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very dog friendly hotel

The room was spacious and the team put down a dog bed for my puppy and they also provided a water bowl for him. Room and shower were spotless, the bed was very comfy.

The common areas lift, staircase, and reception area feel outdated, e.g. the carpets look 'overused'. The lady at reception mentioned I could take a 'takeaway' breakfast when I mentioned my early checkout but whoever was on in the morning didn't seem to know about it/kitchen forgot?
