Quite enjoyable despite the bad weather which no one can help. We would come again.

All the above. Reception Manager was on the ball, however it was clear most of the other staff were a little in need of being more efficient. Restaurant staff friendly and efficient.

Swim pool was closed. So no jacuzzi or swim. Cappuchino in bar was v. flat. Dinner the veg was hard not well cooked.

A great place to stay for a short family getaway.

The staff were warm and friendly. The building was airy, fresh and clean. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The food was tasty, hot and plentiful, hot chocolate available in the restaurant at breakfast time would have been an even better if, the first morning a member of waiting staff brought one to us, the second morning I collected from the bar. For us the location was ideal for a winter break as it would be for the summer. The spa facilities were fine and the pool lovely and warm, only let down by the shower water not draining away, maybe a deep clean wouldnt go amiss, the staff at the spa were cheerful, I had left all my valuables in my room so didnt have a 1= coin for the locker, the need for one could have been helpfully put in the information folder in the room.
