The Best Western New Kent Hotel has slightly worn common areas, but guests found the clean rooms with baths and powerful showers satisfactory. The staff were described as pleasant and helpful. The ho (Read More)tel's location in Jesmond was praised for being close to the Biscuit Factory gallery and city center, with great caf�s and shops nearby. Some guests did not utilize the lounges or restaurant as they were visiting family.

Location and staff was great
Squeaky floors and very noise room if you anyone walks above you or get past your its very loud and disturbs your sleep . Wouldnt stay there next time
