Nice hotel in a very good

Good location near central train station in Copenhagen and close to the fantastic Copenhagen underground, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. The surrounding area feels very safe even though its near the central train station and (apparently) a few strip clubs :) The hotel is located inside a beautiful old building, the rooms are clean and very nicely furnished. I think its very good value for a city as expensive as Copenhagen.

The breakfast room was a bit crowded at times. Its an old building and the window locks were a bit complicated :)

Wonderful hotel in a great location and excellent value.

Really close to the central station so easy to get about. The rooms were a decent size for a Copenhagen central hotel and the breakfast was fabulous. As we visited at Christmas the hotel decorations were beautiful and very chic and the hotel had a beautiful garden area and lots of lovely lounge areas downstairs to relax in. Overall an extremely nice hotel and great value. Cleanliness was excellent too.

Fabulous Pre Christmas Break

Very comfortable bed, spacious clean light and bright room. Lots of storage space. Safe. Huge luxurious bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Stunning christmas decorations in all public areas. Helpful staff in the restaurant and reception. Lovely cleaning team who we met in the corridor. All very friendly and all spoke fluent English.

Nothing. Its a great hotel to stay at, close to the station. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely bedding and comfortable beds. Lovely large bathroom with lots of towels and toiletries provided.

A little Gem in a stunning city

Friendly staff, large comfortable bedroom suite. Lovely big bathroom. Very clean throughout. Fabulous christmas decorations throughout the public area Very good and varied breakfast buffet Gluten free and Lactose free allergies well catered for. Helpful reception staff and large secure left luggage room. Easy access WiFi. Great location and very comfortable lounge spaces for guests.

There is nothing to complain about. We had a very enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable. Linen and towels plentiful. Loved that there was a bath and shower with double basins in the very clean bathroom. Value for money!

Hotel exceeded expectations, wonderful stay. 11/10 would stay again.Amazing Xmas decoration

Helpful welcoming staff,. beautiful historic hotel decorated for Christmas, near train station and Tivoli gardens, clean, beds very comfortable, slept well and no noise, heated tiles in small bathroom with rainfall shower felt like an extra touch of luxury. lift, outdoor seating area lit up with string lights. Breakfast really good, with continental and hot food. Extremely happy with the stay. Staff checked us in early at a small fee and changed us rooms when we asked for different beds and were happy to do so. All staff were friendly, curious and welcoming.

I cant think of anything. Had a wonderful time.

Lovely hotel near to the central station and the Tivoli gardens.. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choice for most people. Would stay again.

The hotel staff was always smiling and incredibly helpful. Additionally, the hotel's central location.

The hotel's glory days are long behind it. Old room equipment, photos on Booking.com do not reflect the actual condition... Old furniture, old beds, old broken electrical sockets... etc. The price for accommodation in the hotel is clearly inadequate to the standard of the hotel.

Hotel is in a convenient location for walking to the central areas. The room was a bit basic but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and good value. The staff made the check in process very easy

Beautifull boutique hotel, two streets from Central train station. Perfect location, comfy beds, very good breakfast. Staff sooo polite and welcoming. Cozy enterior with Christmas decorations in this time of the year.
