Great room layout, shuttle service excellent

Room way too hot. Heated towel rails turned up to highest setting. Difficult to control room temperature.

Great staff Great location, very close to the airport. You could hear the planes, which wasn't too much of a problem. I phoned the hotel, and the free shuttle came within 10 minutes to collect from the airport. I didn't go to the restaurant as I ordered room service. Food arrived promptly and was very delicious. Cleaning staff did an excellent job and were more than happy to help change my pillow.

Mattress was way too hard. Pillows were hard and too high. Had a sore & very stiff neck.

Very friendly staff, close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport . When you arrive late, its ok place to sleep

Bad odour in the room- it seems that previous guests smoked in. Old furniture. Placement of the towels - they almost touched the toilet . Very small shower. This place needs a big refurbishment.

A perfectly decent hotel near the Linate airport

We had an early flight so we booked a room at this hotel for the night before. Free shuttle service to and from the LIN airport, and there's a metro station in the airport, so it's easy to get to the hotel from the train station, or almost anywhere else in Milan. The staff were professional, the shuttle drivers were terrific, and the free Wifi worked well.

It's basically a "corporate hotel," primarily for business travelers, plus people with early flights from LIN, and probably not the best place to stay for touring Milan (though the airport's new Metro station does make that an option).

A much better restaurant than I was expecting. Given that it was pouring outside and we had a very early flight, the quality of the restaurant wass important.

Exceptional

Only minus is that bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Little bit too hard for my taste, so my back hurted after a night, otherwise everything was great!
