Beautiful, I had a lovely time in Budapest and the hotel was super accommodating to my needs during this trip!

It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, all facilities were provided, check in and check out was smooth, the location was perfect, it was placed in a very safe fancy area of Pest, that was almost 20 mins walk to the center and 9 mins metro ride to the center.

The beds were a little stiff, and the pillows were overused.

Location was the only good thing about the hotel. It was a 5 min walk to the bus/metro stop.

Basically everything else was horrible. 1) the bed mattress and pillow are highly uncomfortable and the furniture is old; even the tv lacked any channels. 2) the breakfast was terrible. Not much variety and very bland taste. The coffee machine makes revolting drinks unlike usual coffee machines in other hotels. adding to this, there was absolutely no service if you need anything and the waiters/waitresses were extremely rude. They wont even stop to respond to you if you ask them a question and would wave you off completely dismissing you! Our experience with the breakfast was so bad, we decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel for the rest of the stay (even though we paid for a breakfast included full stay) 3) RUDE receptionists!!! I was surprised how rude they are since receptionists are usually the first representatives of a country to any tourist. It was appalling to me how they decided to treat guests visiting their country for the first timethey were extremely unfriendly and would make fun of you with each other in front of you since you dont understand their language. Management should really invest in some trainings for them so they can properly treat guests or they should just work in any industry other than hospitality.

Superb

Great location and value for money

Spacious room, very clean and warm, has its own balcony. Perfect location - walking distance from Andrasi prospect and Heroes square, very quiet place, had a great sleep. The breakfast is great, various selection of food and drinks. Also the food in the restaurant is very tasty goulash soup and Benczr shnitzel were tasty. The staff was helpful. Will definitely come back.

Some minor rehabilitation can be done but overall its good value for money
