One review describes the Beaches Inn as a spacious and well-equipped condo with a great location just one block from the beach. It worked well for a group of two girls and a dog. The second review me (Read More)ntions some drawbacks, such as the lack of ventilation and low ceilings in the bedrooms, but overall it is a nice place to stay. looks out to a parking lot, not cozy, felt sad to be at the ocean but not see/hear it. maybe better in the summer whrn you are not going to be indoors much

Very disappointed in the overall stay other than location; room wasn't what we expected.

Room was too small; there was nowhere to eat or even fix a meal; fridge froze everything in it because of the freezer. Awkward layout of room wasn't the best. Ant infestation that had to be dealt with.

See above. Location was the only thing this place had going for it. Didn't appreciate our Visa being charged long before the cancellation date we were given. Also poor value for the price.

The deal did not include breakfast. The coffee provided was most excellent! We ended up spending some lovely people watching time on the porch of the Sleepy Monk and taking home some beans, too.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, well-maintained, great for a couple with a dog, and close to everything

Nice bed, quiet, close to shops and restaurants, easy beach access across the street, clean, allowed dogs

Kitchenette was okay but the bathroom sink for cleaning dishes wasnt really big enough for that purpose. Coffee table (and only table) was too narrow to play any board games on.

Very cute room, nice sitting area with fireplace, comfy bed, great location, easy walk to downtown.

Not the fault of the property, but this room is a little dark for my taste. The windows were east and north facing so during the day it's very dark. I also realized I really need to see and hear the ocean from my room.

Location and access to beach were perfect. Cozy and well equipped unit for 2. Very clean. Close parking space. Walkable to everything. Coffee machine, and small frig were nice.Quiet, except for a few barking dogs. Great stay.

Maybe a fan would have been nice, although it cooled off nicely during the night so not needed for our stay. Loft unit allowed us to comfortably keep the screened windows open overnight. Even though it was a pet friendly unit, it didn't smell like it. So, really, no complaints.

Location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and beach.

The bed platform is dangerous. My wife stepped off the platform and fell. She has a nasty bruise, pain and limited mobility in her arm.

Room was very large, fresh and comfortable. Location allowed for an easy walk to the beach, down town or to restaurants or pubs. The fireplace was a real plus.

There was no view, to speak of. The room we had did not look west to the beach. Minor drawback since we spent most of the time on the beach anyway.
