Excellent

The hotel is a stonethrow away from the train station, the bed is very comfortable and large (I'm 1.90, so I know what I'm talking about), the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, there's an option to skip room service and get a 5 euro bar voucher instead, which we took advantage of :) Definitely worth its money!

Some minor drawbacks are the McDonald's view and the absence of a safebox in the room but they dwindle in comparison.

The location was great. Close to central train station and shops. Easy to travel to Sportpalais. The breakfast and the breakfastroom was very nice. Me and my daughter did some work and studying there and it was really cosy.

- very clean and new hotel and room - attentive, helpful and friendly staff - dog friendly - super central location but still quiet - strong wifi signal everywhere - good breakfast for good price

- no slippers in the room - ac was little bit complicated to understand the room temperature

hotel room was clean, bathroom spacious. Window from our room was facing small street, so it was quiet. Localizations of the hotel is excellent. If you come by car, I recommend you to reserve parking spot at Interparking Antwerpen - Parking Roosevelt and not Indigo as they propose. It costs much less.

pillows on the bed were very soft, so it was not the most comfortable.

Superb

Perfect Location and Great Room

The location was very good, close to the central station (7 mins away) and not far from the historic centre. Right next to shopping alley and diamond district is not far. Perfect if you also want to city hop to other cities in Belgium. The room was perfect, clean, and spotless. Cleaning did a good job. Bed was comfortable.

Reception on the 6th floor. When a big group comes to check in, there is quite a queue for the elevator. The main entrance to the hotel is with a buzzer/code of room. It could be nice to have a wardrobe and maybe a coffee machine. The shower door had a leak where the door connects, so the floor was wet after taking the shower, but it is a common issue in many hotels I stayed before.
