The shower didnt work in the first room and I was immediately assigned a new one (a blind was missing in the new one but I dont use them anyway). Breakfast was amazing!

Good, but the weedsmell was awful for that particular night

The staff were nice and helpful when needed and the property looked good

On the 3rd night, some other residents in the hotel smoked weed which was then smellable through the entire hotel. This was of course not the fault of the hotel or the staff, but still not great. We were given a new room since the smell in our room, but the smell still was noticeable in the shower and toilet. Not all the options for the room control worked unfortunately, like some of the lights.

Exceeded expectations for a 3-star hotel - We had a great 3-day stay.

Great mattresses and modern, rather unique and quiet hotel. Dog-friendly as well and they provided a bed and a gargantuan food bowl for our tiny Malteser puppy, too which had to climb in it to eat. The mattress was next-level, very comfy and supportive and most importantly, 'discreet'. This I want to emphasise, it's quite rare to have a good night's rest in a hotel during the weekend but the sound-proofing was quite good there. Getting fresh towels each day was easy. The city centre was a 5-minute-walk away and we had some good-tasting Flemish dishes in town and played some boardgames. The TV comes with Chromecast so I used my Samsung phone to play music/video on the TV because the cable offering was somewhat limited. Similarly, the Sky radio channel malfunctioned as it only played some noise from random football matches. So, next time I would come with some movies on my phone saved to play them on the TV at night.

Unrelated to the hotel but worth mentioning: we had to drink bottled water. The tap water in Antwerp gave us stomach cramps because of the high chloride levels. Our dog refused to drink it when we arrived in the room, which was a tell-tale sign. In the city there are 0 public water taps.
