Rooms were not cleaned well AT ALL

Pool was small but not super busy so that was nice

Room was not cleaned well at all. Breakfast was scant and not great. Only 2 pillows on each bed. Not enough towels in room for the 4 of us. 3 tiny lamps in the whole room so it was pretty dark!

Staff (Saturday 12/30/23 7:00pm); the lady at the lobby she was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, even when one of my friends were trying to get another room because the one she assigned stinks; she was not helpful and not willing to do it, not even had manners to say good evening. breakfast included but honestly it is trash!! The worst ever.

Wrong place at the wrong time.

nice place and room and reasonable rate.

Very thin walls . Very noisy and loud music in nearby rooms. It started about 10;00 pm. Tried to call the front desk but NO ONE answered!!! Went on until 1:00 am. Was just getting dressed to go to the front desk/ security when the pounding drum/music noise stopped. Made for a short sleep!

The room was clean, and the price was good, and it included breakfast.

The room didnt not have a hair dryer before, but after we called the front desk, it was delivered quickly.

Good

I requested early check in. Called that morning was told to call back at specific time. I called again was told room still not ready and the hotel staff would call me and they confirmed my phone numbed. I waited past normal check in time with no word from staff on room readiness. Called a 3rd time and was told yes room was ready. When I reached the hotel and inquired how long the room had been ready the response was " I don't know, I just got here. " I explained the earlier conversations and was shrugged off with the statement "Maybe it was just finished being cleaned. " i take this to mean no notes of the call back was made to my reservation or communicated when the staff shift changed. Also shower door required excesive amount of two handed tugging to open. And 2 inch sq I are off paint chipped off the wall near bathroom sink and dirt smudges on same bathroom wall.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hot tub was broke. But we understood because it was a holiday they couldn't get someone in to fix it.

The Walls in the room are very dirty and the carpet to the bathroom has a lot of hair everywhere and is dirty with no TV remote control the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Superb

Good value, pleasant stay

Excellent value for the money, location was quiet in a residential area, felt safe walking around the area. Stairs were carpeted (I like to take the stairs if convenient).

There were few restaurants near by (although I did walk to the BonFyre American Grille, which was about a 15 minute walk away-but there are options if willing to drive.
