Huge room and good size balcony. Comfy bed. Decent shower. Great food. Spacious and well equipped air conditioned gym.

Staff was amazing!

Bed was very firm - a mattress topper would help and pillows were hard. Having to reserve chairs by 7:00 am was a bit disappointing. They should have someone monitoring the chairs, if you are gone for more than 90 min - your chair is up for grabs!

All the workers talk very loudly to each other, in the buffet, the room cleaners talk so loudly that it not possible to rest during the day, and there a lot of olderly people in the hotel.

Food was good, pool was great. Lots of shade. Big room. Waitresses by pool and beach were great. Easy to get around.

Room way too cold. No shower privacy. Had to call to ask for soap, shampoo, tissues and washclothes on first day there. Very strong language barrier.

The check in process was the easiest Ive experienced ever! I checked in online and when we got there at 4p our room and key were ready. Water aerobics and the water games were fun. And of course everything was. Beautiful.

A lot of the staff didnt make me feel very welcome especially if we left the Ambar result. I felt ignored or brushed off a lot of times to the point I just stopped asking questions. The drinks were too sweet. Maiko restaurant smelled. Room service didnt bother to show up the day before we left. The food was not the best.

all was amazing, the entertainment group was really funny, pool activities and all that, restaurants are amazing really nice cuisine, beach seats are great. all great

the drinks at the pool aren't that great, they are really sweet and pretty much no alcohol, so just skip cocktails and ask something strong, beer is awful and theres only 1 kind of beer (presidente, it sucks), you need to pay for a corona or heineken if you want one IN AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT so that's pretty lame and make us angry, in the lobby you have jack daniels and pretty good whiskey but when we went to the disco (the disco is part of the resort and is also all inclusive), it has a low cost whiskey and low cost drinks, it didn't taste good so we never went back. staff sometimes is not helpful mostly from lobby and from restaurants or their answers are not helpful answers.

Beach was beautiful. The staff did an excellent job of cleaning up seaweed. The staff was phenomenal! The food was good. The room was clean.

The 3 rooms our family stayed in all agreed that the mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable. The doors on the rooms have to be slammed shut because they stick. All night you could hear doors slamming in the hall. The pool at Ambar was cloudy and had a bit of a foul odor.

An absolutely perfect vacation!!

The staff was exceptional always friendly and helpful with any questions we asked. The property was exceptional as well. The grounds were impeccable. I dont believe we ever saw any trash. All of the building and restaurants were maintained very well. We have no complaints about the food or service. There was always plenty of choices for any ones tastes. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend this property.

The only con if you want to call it a con. We werent crazy about the wrist bands to unlock your room. In todays world most places we have stayed have a mobile key for your phone. This is really my only con.
