Superb

Very spacious room and friendly staff. Perfect for families with babies as we had. One of the best breakfast we ever had, with a huge pastry selection and the typical English breakfast

The best hotel quality/price in Porto

Very easy to access to everything, very confortable, and an Excelente breakfast as usually, not my first time and for sure not the last my desired hotel all times that I need to be in Porto

Is missing a Gim, but nothing that a run around the hotel didn't solve.

Junction sign must be luminated. Good stay

Nice location and clean hotel but the corridors looks too dark and the breakfast is the same every day. The sign at the junction must be visible and well lighted. Rating 7/10

Front desk staff and room was excellent, but restaurant was sad.

Room was excellent, clean, quiet. Staff was very welcoming. I would recommend the hotel

The buffet at the restaurant for dinner was dreadful. Food had been out too long. Cold things like salad were too warm and droopy looking. Many items had only a few pieces left. Warm food was room temperature and not appetizing. I didn't order from the menu, so I can't comment on whether the fresh food was better. Waitstaff was overworked and unfriendly. Very bad. I refused to try breakfast.

I have stayed in other Axis group hotels and have always been pleased with each of them. This was one of the reasons I chose the Axis Porto when looking for a room in Porto. The property is clean and well-maintained and the staff have all been courteous and helpful.

Good business hotel or great value if you want to stay outside of Porto

Good sized and clean room. Good restaurant with either a buffet or Ala Carte

A bit too far from the city center if you are on a holiday rather than a business trip, 15 minute walk to the metro then a 20 minute ride which meant we didnt spend any evenings in Porto
