Very good

Very good value for money

Staff were very friendly. Evening meal was nice, buffet breakfast excellent. Underfloor heating in bathroom a nice bonus!

Room comfortable but decor a little tired in our room. Easily fixed with a fresh coat of paint

Could be better

The room was comfortable but a long walk down corridors. Furniture and decor needs updating.

Being locked out of my room on the second night which meant a long walk back along corridors to reception to sort out their mistake. The changing room for indoor pool wasnt heated as it had broken down.

Overall a lovely stay, shame about the lack of sleep

Staff were great, room was good size, pool was lovely and nice Christmas decorations too! Perfect location for us visiting family in Bognor with swimming available for our little one.

We were ground floor along from reception, the flood lights lighting up the front of the building were on until 6.45am and the curtains were ill fitting, which meant we didnt sleep so well as the room was so bright!

Just about acceptable.

Location

Decor was tied and in poor state of repair in room and corridors. Also smell of strong disinfectant in room and corridors was unpleasant.

Thank god for Jason on reception. We wouldve left otherwise.

Grounds are beautiful. Staff try very hard to compensate for the poor management and disorganization - especially on New Years Eve!!!

It is run down, neglected and not fit for purpose. Our first room had no working radiator, the second room the bath taps leaked massively when you had a shower and flooded the bathroom! Walkways have paint peeling off, ivy coming through the windows (!!) and towels along the window sills to soak up condensation. This is NOT a 4 star hotel!

Very good

For the price it was nice probably wouldn't pay more until they refurb

Price was very fair they are aware the hotel is not at its best and price accordingly. Small gym/pool area is nice. Two gentlemen who checked me in were very busy but very attentive and polite. Room was cosy and clean. Bathroom quite large. Breakfast buffet was ok fried eggs were rock hard and looked like plastic? Staff who were greeting and seating at breakfast were really friendly and work really hard to please.

Lady who checked us out 1/1/24 was not as present or attentive I let her know I had enjoyed my stay as she hadn't asked and didn't seem interested.
