The room was nice. Bathroom was nice. The housekeeping staffs were great. The location was convenient.

The staff who attended us was rude. We had booked room from Jan 2- Jan3, however since our flight was early morning, we checked in very late at 03:00AM on 3rd of Jan. I had requested a late check out while booking and mentioned i will pay, however the staff who was on night duty that night said its not possible, 12 sharp we should leave as the hotel was fully booked. Sitting there i checked in booking.com and all the rooms were available for the day i asked. When the staff changed in the morning they gave me an extended check out with payment. The staff on night duty of 2nd of Jan was definitely lazy to work!!!

The best staff I've experienced at a hotel

The staff without a doubt, from memory "Stick", Robert, the 2 ladies at reception (manager, and not manager, I'm sorry I didn't get your names), and the manager at the top floor were some of the best staff I've experienced. To set the scene, I was already checking out on NYE, but was slightly hungover so ended up staying the whole day using the swimming pool / sauna to recover. As I ventured out late in the evening to my next hotel, I realised I was completely screwed, there was no way I could get to my next hotel, and everything was already booked up at the hotel. I asked the staff, who were super hospitable to me throughout the whole day even though I checked out, if there was any availability for me. They moved a lot of things around, got me a room, and saved my New Year's Eve as a result, so I'm really grateful to them. These things really matter when a hotel feels like a home so quickly!

Enjoyed our stay here, no issues. Would stay again.

Staff were wonderful, good location and pool was great.

Bathrooms probably needed a little maintenance. Our bathroom was strange, it had a bath tub and a shower head with a curtain next to it, it a proper shower. However not a big deal.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Easy reach to all the attractions and river. Staff very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The best is location!

Nice cosy hotel, with comfy beds.

Wi-Fi in the room is poor and the breakfast could be more oriented to European countries.

Passable

Our room, 106 was very badly insulated from the plumbing noise upstairs. Very small room - we could open only 1 suitcase at a time. Hotel has a ni e rooftop.area - service was good, a bit pushing to buy extra services.

Nice pool!!!

The location of hotel is located in the heart of District 1 and this make it perfect for visitors. A lot of points are walkable from here including the Opera House and the walking street, etc.
