Well located with beautiful pool

Fabulous location with a view to Parliament and the river (spectacular at night from bar on 17th floor, great swimming pool

Breakfast area is little crowded for the many guests. Staff was not able to help clear up an issue with a wrong booking: Essentially while standing at reception indicating that I would like to extend my stay, I was told to make another online booking. Being hasty, I accidentally booked the same night twice. To sum it up, things could not be resolved and I had to book again directly with reception (which should have been offered to me from the beginning). Well, perhaps it was all to human and a misunderstanding. Still, I lost time and money dealing with this. The various people on the team I spoke to were friendly but ineffective.

Great stay - will come back in my next Kuching visit

My first nite was uncomfortable - the ac is not cold, cant sleep well - the staff relocate me to another room - great and comfortable with superd ac - tight sleep like baby. The lounge at Level 17 is super nice with great and wonderful staff

- breakfast spread was good - location is very strategic

- not really well maintained - bathroom sink clogged and toilet flush not working properly - after checking-in, went to designated room but access card was not working, had to go down and requested for assistance, card was reprogrammed and went up again, managed to open the door only to discover that the room was occupied- very disappointed over the carelessness of the staff in charged
