1.The bed is comfortable 2.The location is convenient

1. Internet is too slow, have to use my mobile data for internet speed. Fail to connect with WIFI 2. Sometimes the water tap is brownish

I am quite disspointed with their service for my recent stayed.

The room is clean.

1. Receptionist / Front desk - a. The receptionist serve the guest that cut queue first. No 'apologies' or 'thank you for waiting' after she serve that 'cut queue' guest. b. They cannot provide you extra key card (only 1 key provided). 2. Housekeeping a. Waited more than 1 hour for them to send the kettle.

Our stay was comfortable & got our moneys worth.

Lobby is spacious and well lit. Room was average but clean. Lacking appropriate power socket points on bedside. Bathroom is huge. AC was cold.

Shower in pool changing room was out ot order. TV channels offered were lackluster.

Very good

Good location and hotel staff are very nice.

There was this lady very nice and helpful. Her name is Sophia. She went an extra mile to help my 4 kids attend the breakfast where it was almost time to end the breakfast.

The two single beds were small than average size of a bed. Could have been better if the beds are bigger. As i have smaller kids with me. And there was no conditioner shampoo in the room.
