Overall excellent and highly recommended!

Location superb! We stayed 14 days - Staff very high quality - from front of house, to restaurant, guards, back of house. Food was excellent - we dined there a lot! although breakfast less consistent during the peak Christmas/ NY holidays.

I stayed for 2 weeks, not once did Housekeeping pick up the phone when I rang them but Guest Relations always picked up and ensured every request/ reminder was attended to. Maybe remove the Housekeeping speed dial from the phones if its always unattended. I wish the 1-bedroom apartments had a 2nd toilet in the hall for guests.

Superb

I love the location and its proximity to shopping and restaurants. I love Mesclun restaurant. And I love the 24-hour room service.

The bathroom light flickers when just switched on, and there was a strange smell in the bathroom. These wee NOT deal breakers, and they did not negatively affect my wonderful stay. I just want them mentioned for correction.

There should be more Filipino food choices coz the clientele is less Filipino residents but more Filipino visitors and other Asians. So my friends and I expect more Filipino breakfast in keeping with the reason for our trip.
