Superb

Great location. Enjoy the art but, last years was more to my liking than this years. I think there were better Christmas decorations in the lobby last year as well. Never the less, enjoyed our stay.

Sarasota's finest block downtown

Big and spacious room, clean bathroom, decent wifi, comfy bed and pillows. The staff is great, the room was spotless clean every day, and the valet parking guys deserve special mention. Really great food options around the hotel for both breakfast and dinner. In fact I would not get the hotel breakfast but eat in one of the many breakfast joints around the block.

1) Breakfast: it is not served by the hotel but by a 3rd party restaurant at the lobby, not a buffet but a-la-carte. We were a bit confused because we had breakfast included and things were not clear from the get go. 2) Bathroom: it looked like they started renovation but had to cut costs. The room was beautiful but the bathroom looked unfinished. It was not comfortable, showering wasn't great.

Love the roof top bar and pool! Rooms are spacious with great products in the bathroom. Breakfast is and the art tour at 5 everyday is great! Live music in lobby was amazing

Shower was complicated to turn on off and get right temp. Breakfast staff was a little stressed when serving and did not explain the complememtary Breakfast. Drinks at the roof top are too expensive

Very good

room was nice and big, bed was comfy.

The smell in the lobby is very very strong and would recommend toning it down some. Smelled like someone had on a full bottle of perfume, way to strong. There were no tv's in the bar areas, was disappointed that we had to get a drink and take to our room to watch a football game.

I am glad I booked this hotel. My wife and I had a wonderful experience there

Unique decor with a great arts theme. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff was great and attentive. The roof top bar was a fun visit.

The coffee in the main restaurant was too strong for my taste. Some people might like it, but I prefer a lighter blend.
