Excellent!

Booked very last minute, a lovely place and gorgeous room with all we needed . Met the owners as we left and they were so friendly and kind . We will definitely be booking again !

Usual weekend shopping in beautiful Norwich

Triple room was spacious with a four poster bed and a single bed. Bathroom was great.

Booking.com sent the details to us as our original booking with a central hotel was cancelled due to a burst pipe. Unfortunately this alternative, although very good was not within the shopping area.

Pleasant

It was nice but not as nice as I was expecting for the price.

Location was good for what we wanted. Didnt see hosts but good communication and got a fridge for us as soon as we asked.

Parking was tight for our big car, the bushes could be trimmed to allow more space. The property seemed a little dated and bathroom plumbing was extremely noisy, although we didnt hear anyone elses.

Not what it was but still a nice guest house

Well situated for what I needed. Room a good size, clean and comfortable Free carparking

Impersonal "pin code" entry system with no personal contact. No breakfast available Room felt abit "worn" but was still comfortable No light on first floor landing which made it a it difficult when finding my room Had a real warm welcome and lovely breakfast last time I visited...not sure I will come again even though its ideally placed.
