Very good

Comfy hotel in a good location.

Good location, comfy bed and easy to check in and out.

Breakfast service is inconsistent, ends early and take a long time. Curtains were broken and there were no blackout blinds on the rollers which was odd, so lots of light coming in at night. Tiny bathroom with no shelving/space to store toiletries.

A great place to stay in Worthing

The location was great. The staff were brilliant really helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Gluten free options were great. The room was good and the bed really comfortable!

Location

They had had they parking tickets taken by the council with no notice, it made parking very difficult as you could only pay for 4 hrs and also the machines were very hit and miss, not good for the hotel

Disappointing.

Great location and lovely communal areas.

The pillows were terrible really lumpy. The breakfast wasnt a patch on the one we had last time we stayed. There didnt seem to be enough staff so we had to keep searching for them to ask for hot items. I really loath breakfast buffets. There also was two pats of butter on the table and we ran out quickly so had to take some from other tables as there wasnt butter on offer at the buffet. It feels like cost squeezing which is ok if its a cheaper hotel but not at 120 per night.
