Good

We were able to get around easily from here. Lovely views from our room. Bed was comfy

72 steps dragging suitcases. Very poor communication, we were unable to get into our room, in 40% heat. There was a tiny fridge that didnt work, room was very small, and the TV controls had no batteries, they said they would fix that but did not.

Beautiful studio apartment with the perfect host.

Everything about this property is perfect. The host was very welcoming and informative and I can't wait to stay there again. The view from the outide area is stunning especially for sunrise and sunset.

Beautiful, welcoming place with great staff!

We felt very welcomed! The place is great and very beautiful. Be aware, Dubrovnik is the city of stairs! And this property as well.

Pillows were very thin. If possible, please invest into good pillows.

It was convenient Staff on arrival were very helpful Very cheap We were panicking because our flight arrived late & we missed our ferry

Lots of steps But understandable in Dubrovnik Someone was available to help us on arrival It was last minute but no Cups Very noisy as room was nr entrance so people coming /going all night It was loud

Very near the bus station.

This was the second time we stayed at Villa Naida (1st time was about a month before). The first time we had a room in the main part which was fine. The second stay, our room was upstairs, top floor? (you went across a roof balcony to get to it) and I found that room to be beat up and in need of some work.

Enjoyed my short stay at a convenient location.

Location for me was great because it was close to the port bus station where I arrived from Montenegro. Quite a walk to the old town, but 30-40 minutes each way is a good exercise. Staff were extremely helpful, attentive and kind. Couldnt have asked more of them.

Cheap rate. By the bus location

Never interacted with anyone working at property. When I had questions response was slow via booking.com chat. Wi-Fi was not strong enough to do anything

Exceptional

Host is incredible. Polite, genuinely concerned about your stay. Fantastic view, very clean,comfortable. I enjoyed very much the fact that there was parking space and the way that host sent a video how to get to that spot and from there to the apartment. Small details make a big difference.
