The quality of the bedding equipment. The owners need to consider seriously to update the bedding equipment which is too dated.

Very good

Check in was very smooth. Bathroom was excellent. Tv excellent. Remote control was occasionally hard work. Extra secure apt door. Good heating system.

The layout of furniture. Basic double sofa. Not facing the TV. Bed was facing away from the TV. Sitting up in bed after I turned it around you couldn't lean back for fear of shifting the counter. Annoying little things like the above. Had to get out of bed to turn off light and to plug in my devices.

Disappointing

Not a very bad place, but I wouldn't go there again.. Bring your own stuff to use..

The location is the best feature of this place. It is located in the heart of the old town amidst all the amenities and shops, cafes and restaurants.. Also, there is a very helpful lady, cleaning all the properties within the building.. Rest is about average, at best. However, somehow I felt being in a prison cell - the whole place looks cheap (but not a low cost), with things missing and being watched..

Perhaps a little refreshment to this place will do it a world of good, before it turns into a dump. Furniture and stuff are old and it shows - it doesn't inspire confidence when you pay premium cash. There are lots of cracks and scuffs around. In the bathroom there is missing door to the cupboard, exposing hinges and holes. In the bathroom it smells of a canal. Features like towel rails and handles are just about to drop - so look at, but don't touch.. There is also a semi white washing machine, but who knows whether it works - I never touched it. It is way too much for anyone to leave a capsule or two, so to be used.. The knives in the kitchen are as sharp as a shovel. It was a torture cutting a piece of bread or a lemon.. Perhaps it is also very much to ask for a grain of salt too. Deep within the left duct of the air-condition, there is a blinking red light, which I suspect that is a camera - fitted to monitor and record. I am no expert in air condition units, but I know of no application of any red lights within the ducts. They are meant to be just ducts, to let the air out.. And hey, you pay for all this ..

A back-street hideaway for those who want simply to enjoy the street life of a lovely city

This was a repeat visit, so that says a lot. It suits what my wife and I want from a city centre stay, including the roof terrace, which gives space to do nothing among church towers under blue sky

Peraps a little shabbier than before, so maybe some sprucing up would be good. And more hooks!

Excellent spot. Nice visual concept.

We got the apartment at the first floor, which turned out to be connected to the entrance lobby by a window and a glass wall. This left us exposed to all the noises (esp. banging of the front doors) made by the other guests throughout the night and the morning.
