Overall good experience relaxing holiday

Good customer service , pools were good breakfast area was very nice with varieties

Location is bit excluded , restaurant were bit expensive comparatively to other 5 star resorts we have been.

Everything was good until the last day spoiled it all.

Good breakfast, the room and resort's facilities - all are value for money. Great family retreat for the weekends.

The fact that majority at Angsana Lang Co are coming from and to Da Nang, when we request for drop off at Hue city, they messed up our requesr and sent us to Da Nang instead, totally not cool. The staffs did not do a good job in taking correct notes.

Amazing services from all the staff from Bayan Tree to Angsana and Laguna Golf. Very attentive, caring and went above and beyond to fulfill customers requests.

F&B service should improve, the quality of food is mediocre at best. A bit overpriced for the quality of food offered at all 5 restaurants

Lovely hotel in a lovely location in a beautiful Country.

I loved the beach. The staff especially a man called TU were very friendly and helpful. The menu in MOOMBA could have been more varied. I really liked the accommodation we booked and the partnership with Banyan Tree.

I found the coffee to be a bit of a disappointment after enjoying wonderful coffee in the hotel in Saigon. The putting of service on every bar and restaurant bill was a bit strange, I am used to being given the option to pay service if I choose to, not being expected to pay service. Some of the hotel was a bit tired and in need of maintenance.

Great 4 night stay with family of 4. We did most of the sports activities. We had Khan as our guide for all of them, and he was incredible. From getting our boy to stand up water skiing to knowing how to handle a friendly monkey on our bike ride!

As the location is isolated, a better mini market would be an improvement.
