Delightful;. 10/10; I'd book it again and we noticed guests doing so for next New Year's eve.

The chef is a keeper; the breakfasts, afternoon tea/coffee, early evening wine/cheese and the special New Years dinner were 5-star worthy. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating - they were literally family and treated us as such. The sister buildings are just another well preserved example of the Victorian era buildings that make Cape May all this it is. We felt snug and safe and well cared for.

The only downside was the 18 steps up to the second floor that only got old on arrival and several days later on departure. The bathroom offered a period-piece tub on legs and hot/cold/tub-to-shower faucets and a wrap-around curtain requiring a learning curve and some TLC. Decor was nice but some touch up was needed on the ceiling tongue-n-groove treatment.

I would have liked the ability to crack a window open at night for at times became most warm in our room but was ok once I used less blankets.

Beautiful beautiful bed and breakfast. Had an ocean view on our second night! Staff is wonderful.

Loved the Victorian atmosphere. Loved the Tea & Sweets every afternoon. Loved the breakfast every morning. The place is absolutely beautiful! There was also a bar nearby that we were able to walk to.

The only thing (and nothing with Angel of the Sea personally) is we had to switch rooms for the second night. We were not aware but if you book through another site and not Angel directly that may happen. They were very accommodating by offering to move all our belongings for us and we actually had a nicer room the second night, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. So I do recommend booking with Angel directly to avoid that.

Beautiful property! Would stay again.

Clean rooms, breakfast was delicious, staff was very accommodating and friendly, property was close to the beach and decorated beautifully for the holidays.

Wifi wouldnt connect since we were on the third floor. Room temperature fluctuated all throughout night.
