Far from shops and restaurants (limited to eating at restaurant in the hotel only) The bathtub design is poor and may slip and fall easily while using the shower

The pizza at the restaurant is superb and the price is very reasonable. The staff is very well trained. We order floating breakfast basket and it didn't disappoint me at all. The private pool was huge the hotell pool itself is overlooking the beach. Perfect for quite and romantic getaways

Nothing bad to say except the sea water isnt suitable for swim but it isnt the hotel fault.

Beautiful pristine property, excellent value - Private pool suite was highlight of our island stay!

The property was pristine and beautiful! On arrival, they greeted us with a flower necklace and delicious tea, we felt so welcomed! We booked the least expensive room, but were not delighted...so we asked about getting changed. They offered us an amazing suite with a private pool for $30 USD more per night - and we LOVED it! (We even tried to stay an extra night, but flights were sold out, to our great disappointment.) Communicating with staff was easy via Whatsapp, and they were very responsive (all departments reached with one number.) The restaurant was open to the beach, even had a few tables in the sand, and was clean and delicious. The massage was good and reasonable, but not cheap, like in local places. They offered to get us a car to go to the airport for $50 USD, but we got a Gojek for around $35. (Gojek or Bluebird taxis are less available in the area, but we were able to get one without a problem.)

First room was clean, but average and felt far from the ocean. They were gracious and accommodating to changing it, and we felt the price was very reasonable for what we got. I selected this property because it had a dive center, but Anema didn't give me info on dives before arrival when I asked. I wish I had been more insistent, and gotten the dive center website in advance. We also were not able to book a boat to the Gili's from the hotel as it was booked already. Bangsall Harbor (with many boats to the Gili's) is not far, but we didn't go there. However, we LOVED the property and really enjoyed just being there, walking on the beach, even walking over to check out Hotel Tugu Lombok, an amazing property up the beach. (We considered staying there, but it was double the price of Anema, and we were happy with our choice.) This was a highlight of our Lombok visit!

Amazing one night stay at Anema Resort. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Absolutely amazing resort! Stunning property. We had a very relaxing stay here, we especially enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. We were able to book in for spa treatments later the same day that we arrived.

The staff receive 10 out of 10 without doubt. A welcomed friendly check in, everyone knows your name and is very polite and professional. For the price we paid for the accommodation we were a little disappointed. The room and restaurant needs a refit and modernisation, especially the restaurant which felt a little like a school canteen and was a little soulless. The pool area is beautiful however and the room/bed is comfortable. Restaurant was a little on the expensive side when comparing to other similar priced hotels that we have stayed in in Indonesia over the last 8 weeks but was well presented, served with a smile and tasty. Very limited selection of alternative so this is a place to chill and stay or have a scooter. Easy reach to pier. Used the spa but was double the price of other hotels stayed in but it was excellent.

Needs updating. Criminal to charge 5 times the price for the wine compared to shop price. We havent experienced this in any other hotel in Indonesia! The shower over the bath (which was oval not flat and difficult to stand in) was a real pain you have to hold the shower head and water gets everywhere.
