Amazing hotel in all respects - close your eyes and book your stay

Beautiful, large property with low density of rooms spread out over many acres of land and excellent facilities managed to a high professional standard. All members of staff were constantly focused on delivering the highest levels of service. They were fully focused on making the stay for all members of our family exceptional, always going out of their way to deliver the highest levels of service as a matter of course.

Amazing location

The staff throughout the resort were excellent (friendly, helpful, and attentive). The beach club and snorkeling off the private pier were also great add-ons.

A dedicated kids' pool would have been wonderful.

We stayed four nights in one of their Sea View Villas and they are bordering on excessive. A fort might be a better description of the sructure, than a villa. Everything was immaculate and spotless with a lot of space. Although walled in from all sides there is a nice garden / seaview from the room, the balcony and the private dining cabana in the corner of the yard. The yard had a nice garden w. statues and plumeria trees. Very nice on all accounts. The pool and other public areas were also very nice and the staff helpful.
