The front desk clerk was fast, friendly and efficient. When we arrived there was 4 people in line, she handled each of us all in a timely manner.

We booked a suite, it was small, there was items under a chair left from a previous occupant. The suite did not have a microwave in it. The lamps were all unplugged. The cleaning staff was not friendly. The hotel could have been cleaner.

Overpriced for what you get.

Room was not very clean, and had rot around the shower. Staff wasnt overly rude, but definitely not pleasant. Overall, hotel feels outdated and overpriced for what you get.

A fun night away with luxury tub and shower.

We stayed in a spa tub room with a king bed. The spa tub filled quickly and was big enough for two although I used it by myself. The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower! The shower was large with a large shower head. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were secured to the wall and tamper proof so I felt comfortable using them. The room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from above or outside but it was an off night and off season. The bed was comfortable as was the room temperature. We were able to check into the room a few minutes early.

The entrance area was very smokey. The casino allows smoking (ex smoker here) but it wafted into other areas. May need to update ventilation. The buffet was closed on Sunday which was disappointing. The slot machines were greedy!

Smoker friendly- if you smoke you will love it here very poor air quality

Check in and out staff were friendly, fun women.

The smoke was awful- people were smoking in a lot of areas they were not supposed to with nobody regulating it. In the non-smoking area of the casino which you have to walk thru the smoking section to get too I counted 8 people actively smoking with ashtrays on the machines There is a clean air act that should be enforced. The hotel staff was friendly. But we could even smell smoke in our room that came up through the elevator shaft. I will not come to the hotel, and certainly not the Casino again.

I will return, but I hope they clean up more .

Great location and friendly staff.

The room was clean, but the hotel was not. There were pizza boxes at the entrance to the hotel elevator, that were there when we checked in at 3, and still there when we checked out. The slot machines had multiple empty drinks at them, and overall, was not clean.
