Still like the Inn just need to think about the customer

Perfect breakfast room quaint need more gluten-free products

My room did not have a chair in it. It was very difficult because we are disabled and we need to put our shoes on. Theres no chair to sit down. The bed was too high, but the bathroom needed a bench and the shower was beautiful and the bed was comfortable, but not having a chair was very difficult. Also they didnt clean the room then around 3pm they sent someone we were very disappointed not acceptable

Enjoy Newport and being on Thames St

Location on Thames St is perfect for all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We parked our car and never drove it again until we went home. Location is great. Save $$ not having to Uber

Being located directly on Thames Street its definitely noisier. On one of our mornings crews from the shopping center across the street were blowing leaves at 7am. It went on for an hour. If youre an early bird then no worries. We arent so it was definitely annoying.

Superb

If I return to Newport Im staying at Americas cup again!

Located in the heart of Newport so you can just walk out and be a part of the town activity and take a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood. The lobby and dining room are so cute and welcoming you end up chatting with other guests adding to the warm atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic. Its an unfussy establishment but clean and well kept, and has everything you need to feel rested and comfortable in your travels.

Small downside is being an older building we could hear some of the bumps and clatter from other rooms.

A good place to spend our anniversary

The room was very pretty with colonial feels. The lobby was decorated very beautifully. Breakfast quality was very good. Location was close to the market, good restaurants and harbour. Staff was very polite and helpful. The owners were also responsive.

We had to leave the room building to reach the dinning room which was a bit of hassle during winters. Also, the wifi of the room was very poor. You would not get connetcion either on your phone or the TV. Few more itmes could be added in breakfast menue like oats.

This is a wonderful historic Inn in the heart of Newport. Everything about my stay was amazing: a beautiful hotel room, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast was incredible: so many choices. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
