Aloft New Orleans Downtown is conveniently located within walking distance of the French Quarter. The rooms are modern and clean, with some facing a brightly lit parking garage. The hotel has had som (Read More)e safety concerns in the area, including a witnessed mugging, so caution is advised. Overall, the staff is friendly but could use better customer service training. The hotel has a relaxed vibe and the rooms have great views.

The female bartender at wxyz was amazing, front desk the best ever and all around enjoyable experience

Very clean and convenient to all the local attractions!

Just wished housekeeping could refresh the rooms during stay.

They put me in a out of order room. It was hot.. maintaince room in the room that morning I was naked. I felt really violated..They say would refund my money never did

Would not stay again.

Super thin walls and ceiling, stayed in a corner room on the 14th floor and we could hear screaming from the street throughout the night, water pressure was lacking, a friend's room had a bullet hole in the window, no free breakfast.
