Disappointing

Dont stay here unless you are one of the drunks

Noisy. We were facing a loud bar outside the building. Hallways had loud people late at night.

Love Aloft Style, not the rude staff

I really like Aloft hotels-the layout of these hotels is different from competitors & I like it. Really nice bathroom.

Really a horrible person in check in. Unfriendly, rude, had to come down to the desk three times because I was unable to get into the room with the key card. I travel a lot & know how to use them, but there was clearly an issue with the door. She had the Unprofessional nerve to ask if I was in a bad mood after all of it. Uh, she was in a service position & clearly had no idea of what that meant.
