All round nice hotel for a base in Hue!

Lovely room and hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed some treatments in the spa due to a rainy day, which were reduced in price for a period of the day as an extra bonus! The staff asked where we were going after Hue which was Hoi An and offered a bus tour there which took slightly longer but went to some amazing spots on route! We highly recommend this as it was one of our favourite days of our trip.

Not a critique but worth noting the jacuzzis are only free for a couple of hours in the late afternoon unless you get a spa treatment.

Staff where excellent and extremely attentive. Very friendly and assisted with all requests or questions.

The slightest of blemishes was the complimentary coffee and creamer, which did not make a good cup of coffee but they immediately remedied the situation by offering a coffee machine.

Air con was set to full blast in our room and the remote was broken so slept in freezing cold and both woke up unwell

Little more attention to the small things - shampoo and body wash should be refilled between bookings as both ran out halfway through but thats the only thing

Spacious rooms, great location, not loud on streets at night, excellent facilities and amazing breakfast and the cooking class was so much fun!

Great spa and jacuzzi

The best thing of this hotel is the jacuzzi and the spa. The rooms are large and comfy. The staff were polite and helpful.

I am not sure the cleaning standards are the highest. I found pink mould in my sink and, when I brought it up with reception, they sent someone to clean it. It did look better afterwards but it was not completely gone, which I dont think was ok.
