If you're part of a tour the hotel will meet or even exceed your expectations.

The hotel was clean with a great breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. We had problems with no hot water in our first room + amazingly noisy neighbors and the staff quickly moved us to a new room.

The location was truly awful. There are no restaurants, coffee shops or anything in walking distance. The advertised shuttle runs twice a day at weird hours making it completely useless. We ate in the restaurant twice - for dinner and lunch. The food was decent but each time we were the only customers and the overattentive service was simply too much. Like eating in a fishbowl with an audience watching your every move. The hotel also doesn't allow you to charge anything to your room and then has really odd billing like three separate bills for two drinks.

Fantastic experience

I booked a double room to a really good deal online. I dont think its worth the full price. But in my case this was all round exceptional. Only the location is quite isolating. Town centre or any action at all is several minutes driving away. The hotel offers a shuttle service twice a day though

Staff were exceptionally friendly and competent. The receptionists, Ms. Minnie and Joy, were helpful and welcoming. They made the checkin and checkout processes easy and fast. The doormen were attentive and respectful. The staff at this hotel definitely deserved more than 5 stars. Location was a little far from downtown but not a significant issue to us. Rooms were new and clean. Really enjoyed the smart temperature and light control features. Overall, price was reasonable for the pleasant experience. Will be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was perfect! I loved the pool and the room was so clean. Everything seems very new and modern. The service was very nice the manager Linh was very helpful and kind to us. Thank you very much, i hope to come again!:)

That we were only 3 days in the hotel and not longer! :(
